Because your keepsake is custom-created to your unique audio and text, it cannot be restocked. However, we stand behind our artisan craftsmanship with a 100% free replacement guarantee for any transit damage or defect.
1. The Nature of Custom Soundwave Art
Every piece we create incorporates your specific sound recording, customized colors, dates, and personal message. Because personalized artwork cannot be resold or returned to stock, we do not accept returns for change of mind or subjective preference.
2. 30-Day 100% Free Replacement Guarantee
We pride ourselves on flawless artisan craftsmanship. If your custom artwork arrives with any of the following issues, we will immediately produce and ship a brand new replacement at zero cost:
- Transit Damage: Broken frame glass, bent canvas corners, scratched surfaces, or crushed packaging.
- Manufacturing / Printing Defects: Color streaking, canvas blemishes, or incorrect dimensions.
- Order Discrepancies: A mistake on our part that differs from your approved digital proof (e.g. wrong text or frame color).
1. Take 2–3 clear photos showing the defect or damaged packaging.
2. Email your photos and order number to support@voicewaveart.com within 30 days of delivery.
3. Our concierge team will review and approve your priority studio replacement within 24 hours.
3. Order Amendments & Cancellations
Because audio wave generation and digital plate preparation begin shortly after checkout, order cancellations or text amendments can only be accepted within 2 hours of order placement. Once studio printing begins, changes are no longer possible.
