Privacy and recordings
A personal memory deserves more than a generic privacy promise.
Voice, video, message text, and artwork files require stricter handling than an ordinary product image. This page identifies the controls that must be active before production orders open.
What the experience may process
- Audio or video selected or recorded by the customer
- Trim choices and generated waveform data
- Message, name, date, place, colors, size, and finish
- Order, contact, delivery, consent, and support information
Purpose separation
Production storage and optional long-term private playback are separate purposes. Customers should be able to choose production-only retention without being forced into a playback subscription.
Access and deletion
The production system must support authenticated access, deletion, export, revocation of trusted sessions, and time-limited media delivery. Exact retention periods and subprocessors will be named before launch.
No public memory gallery
Customer recordings are private order data. They will not be placed in a public gallery or used in promotion without separate, explicit permission.
