Terms for personalized artwork
The customer supplies the memory. We make the agreed proof.
The final terms will define customer rights to uploaded media, proof approval, personalization limits, production tolerances, payment, delivery, and private playback.
Your media and permissions
The customer must have the right to upload and personalize the submitted recording, image, and text. Ownership is not transferred to VoiceWave Art merely because the media is processed for an order.
Proof approval
The customer is responsible for checking spelling, dates, crop, orientation, colors, frame, and overall composition shown in the final proof before ordering.
Production variation
Screen color, material texture, print trim, frame construction, and room mockup scale can vary within documented production tolerances. Exact tolerances remain pending provider validation.
Private playback
Long-term playback is a separate digital service with its own activation, retention, renewal, deletion, and availability terms. It is not active on this partner-test storefront.
