Frequently asked questions
Clear answers before you trust us with a meaningful recording.
The current store is a partner-test build. Production details that still require provider validation are identified honestly below.
Can I upload both audio and video?
Yes. The customizer accepts supported audio and video files and can use the video’s audio track to create the waveform. Direct browser recording is also supported.
Can I choose the exact part of the recording?
The intended workflow includes playback and trimming so you can isolate the vow, phrase, laugh, first word, or other meaningful section before finalizing the artwork.
Will I see the design before ordering?
Yes. The personalized proof updates the waveform, words, color, background, orientation, size, frame, room view, and current total before cart submission.
Are current product images final?
No. Current product visuals are concept placeholders. Provider-validated front, angle, room-scale, detail, packaging, and light/dark mockups are required before production launch.
Is my recording public?
No public gallery is planned. Media is treated as private order data. Final consent, retention, deletion, export, and playback-plan terms must be completed before live orders.
How will private playback work?
The approved architecture begins from an order-linked activation email, establishes a trusted browser session, and then permits private playback. Artwork scanning is an optional lookup layer and will fail closed when the match is uncertain.
Which products will be available?
The initial commercial structure covers framed canvas, fine art poster, and aluminum print. Exact variants, sizes, prices, delivery regions, and production files are not final until POD templates are validated.
What if the piece arrives damaged?
The planned policy requires the customer to contact support with the order number and photographs so the delivery issue can be reviewed for replacement. Final timelines and terms will be published before launch.
