Clear, fair terms regarding your custom soundwave art ownership, proof approval, artisan framing tolerances, and digital QR playback access.
1. Media Rights & Voice Ownership
You retain 100% intellectual property ownership of your submitted audio recordings, text, and personal memories. By uploading audio, you grant VoiceWave Art a limited license solely to process, render, and print your customized order.
2. Proof Approval & Customer Responsibility
During the design process (Step 2 and Step 4), you are provided with an exact digital proof displaying your soundwave layout, text spelling, capitalization, dates, and frame finish. You are responsible for reviewing and confirming the accuracy of all text and audio crop selections prior to checkout.
3. Craftsmanship Tolerances
Because our wood frames and canvas pieces are crafted from natural materials, minor natural wood grain variations and a standard framing assembly tolerance of ±3mm (±1/8") are inherent to authentic artisan craftsmanship.
4. Display Color Fidelity
We use calibrated museum-grade CMYK giclée pigment printers. Due to optical differences between luminous RGB backlit smartphone/computer displays and physical matte paper reflection, slight tonal variations may occur.
