1. Audio & Voice Memo Protection

At VoiceWave Art, we recognize that your recordings may contain intimate vows, family memories, or personal voice notes. We enforce strict data privacy safeguards:

• Encrypted Private Storage: All uploaded and recorded media is stored in secure, private cloud buckets with 256-bit encryption.
• No Public Gallery: Your voice recordings and generated waveforms are strictly private to your order. We never publish customer recordings to public galleries or social media without separate, written consent.
• Purpose Separation: Audio processing for print generation is strictly isolated from optional long-term QR playback.

2. Personal Information We Process

To craft and deliver your bespoke keepsake, we collect and process:

• Customer contact and shipping details (name, address, email, phone).
• Submitted text inscriptions, occasion dates, and location notes.
• Acoustic waveform vectors and cryptographic design fingerprints.

3. GDPR & CCPA Compliance
