Use a supported audio file such as MP3, M4A, WAV, or AAC, or record directly through your phone or computer microphone inside the customizer. Video upload is not part of the current customer flow, and the customizer validates the current upload requirements before starting.

Yes! In Step 1 of our customizer, you can drag the precision wave handles to crop the exact segment of sound you want to turn into art and hear played back.

Yes. Use the design controls currently shown in the customizer to personalize the available colors, wording, date or place, and typography. Available controls can vary as the builder is updated, so the live customizer is the source of truth.

After your artwork is activated and the correct piece is selected, Scan to Play opens the private audio recording linked to that Artwork ID through a controlled playback flow. The scan is an access gesture for an already-linked artwork; it is not automatic visual recognition of any arbitrary print.

The artwork-linked playback flow does not depend on publishing your recording in a public media gallery or promising permanent hosting. Playback availability follows the active retention and playback terms attached to the artwork.

Because soundwave rendering and studio setup commence quickly, changes or cancellations must be requested within 2 hours of checkout. After 2 hours, production will have begun and edits cannot be made.
